Shipping policy

In the event that you are in a hurry to make a hair appointment or to quickly get hair, we would suggest considering on hand options. This is especially the case if you have a special event LESS THAN A WEEK away. It is mandatory that you consult with us via our business line to ensure that we are able to fulfill the order in a timely fashion. Needing custom color units within the same week will be classified as a rush order and ultimately result in rush fees being applied. ONLY options that are readily available for pickup are eligible for next day shipping. On hand items can be found via the "ON HAND READY TO SHIP/PICKUP!" tab. These are the ONLY products that are available for same day pickup. All other items on the site are considered pre-order items and are subject to standard shipping & processing times. On hand products, however, only take 1 business day to process.

PLEASE BE ADVISED, IF IT IS NOT ON HAND THE SHIPPING SELECTED AT CHECKOUT, IS HOW FAST YOU WILL RECEIVE IT FROM SHOP KAI D. HEADQUARTERS ONCE IT IS RECEIVED FROM OVERSEAS. 2-3 DAY SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL HAVE YOUR ORDER 2-3 DAYS AFTER PLACING IT IF IT IS PRE-ORDER.

In regards to 32”+ hair, long length wigs are hand crafted in many countries over and are made to order. With that being said, shipping is 6-13 business days depending on length, type of lace, and texture. (Customs, especially, will be on the higher end of processing days. *Custom Color, HD Lace, 200%+ Density, 13x6 Lace etc.*) Please ensure that you are able to wait the designated time period for your order and that it aligns with your plans for your intended hairstyle. We will not able to accommodate last minute plans, so it is imperative that you plan within a time frame that best suits your needs. 

Unless 13 business days have passed, which is the amount of time you agreed to wait before placing an order, we would greatly appreciate if you refrained from reaching out for tracking numbers and overall status of your order. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the contact method that is put on file as soon as they are issued to your order. Once the threshold of 13 business days have been reached, please contact our business line at 804-709-8060 so we are able to further assist you in figuring out any discrepancies.

Direct UPS signature for your package is optional but HIGHLY recommended if you live in a high risk area. If the signature is not added then there will be no signature required upon delivery. Shop Kai D. IS NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

During sales, there is an influx of orders, which increases processing time by up to 5 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering during sales. All orders placed during major sales, Black Friday etc., will not be available for immediate pickup. They will have to undergo to full processing time in order to be fulfilled.
